What type of shipping do you use?
We use USPS Priority mail.
What is your international policy?
For orders outside the US, you need to special order by contacting us. Let us know what item you want and a representative should be with you. All international orders are final. All promotions pertaining to shipping applies only to orders shipped in the U.S.
What should I do if there is a shipping error?
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please indicate that the wrong item was shipped on the Returns Slip and send it back for a full refund.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Union of Prophets will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unworn condition. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
I received damaged merchandise, can I return it?
In the unlikely event that you will receive defective merchandise from us, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please return the item and indicate that the item was defective on your return form. However, if the item has been worn and damaged, we will be unable to accept the item for a return.
